1. Ensure the account you are switching from has 2+ active Direct Debits. If not, you can set them up here.

2. Open the account in-app (online for joint accounts).

3. Pay in £1,000+ and make 5+ debit card payments within 45 days.

4. The £175 is paid by the 20th of the following month after you meet the switch bonus criteria.

-All steps must be completed within 45 days of opening the account

-Debit card payments can be of any value. Visiting a supermarket with a self-service checkout (and 5 items in hand) would be sufficient. Simply process each item as an individual transaction with a unique debit card payment and you can satisfy this criteria very easily.
